Quality & Risk Management Unit
St Vincent’s Hospital aims to build the capacity of individuals and departments to provide accessible, appropriate and acceptable services for all patients, family and carers.

Patients, visitors and community members have an expectation, and a right, to be involved in making health decisions, at a personal level (as patients), and also in planning and delivery of health services.

The Quality & Risk Management Unit works with staff and departments to improve the hospital’s services by providing resources, information and education on various aspects of diversity health and consumer participation.
