Clinical School

St Vincent’s Clinical School oversees the clinical training of undergraduate medical students from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and UNSW-related research activities on the St Vincent’s Campus, including postgraduate training. The School also provides training to elective visiting students from national and international medical schools.

Postgraduate education programs

St Vincent’s Hospital is accredited by the NSW Institute of Medical Education and Training as a primary allocation centre for interns and residents and is recognised for the training and education it provides for these junior medical officers. 

The Hospital also provides recognised and College-accredited postgraduate education programs in many specialty areas including, but not limited to, emergency training, physician training and surgical training.

Cardiac CT Courses

The St Vincent’s Cardiac CT course is directed to cardiologists, radiologists and nuclear medicine physicians, who wish to achieve Level A (Australian) accreditation.  The content has been specifically designed to satisfy the new Australian Level A requirements, including live and non-coronary cases, and exceeds SCCT Level II requirements. Read more ...
