Message from the CEO

St Vincent’s Campus Research Week is a celebration of the remarkable depth and breadth of research undertaken across the Darlinghurst campus. A time to reflect on the successes to date and on the future of research, the week provides many researchers with the opportunity to showcase their endeavours and encourages collaboration between the various research departments.

Sponsored by the St Vincent’s Clinic Foundation, I am proud to invite both the Darlinghurst campus and the wider community to the 2009 St Vincent’s Campus Research Week (Monday 14 September – Friday 18 September).

St Vincent’s Campus Research Week includes stall displays, seminars, tours of the St Vincent’s Research Precinct,  the Sandra David Oration, presentation of the Clinical Researcher - Excellence Awards plus the St Vincent’s Research Symposium, on Friday 18 September.

An opportunity to share and promote the research being conducted across the campus, I encourage all researchers to attend and submit abstracts for the Research Symposium.

St Vincent’s Campus Research Week is set to highlight the combined passion of people who share the same level of enthusiasm about their research and its translation into real bedside solutions.
